Villa Panorama offers an exclusive luxury retreat on the legendary Island of Symi. The large patio invites lazing in the sun, relaxing in the shade or dining al fresco. The spacious indoor living areas allow you to feel 'home from home’. Three double bedrooms accommodate a party of 3 couples or a family. Perfect also just for two. Easy access by bus or taxi and private parking outside the gate.

Villa Panorama is let for the exclusive use of one party at a time, whether you are a party of one, a couple or a group. I reside in a separate studio apartment on the property to take care of the garden and assist guests to make the most of their stay on Symi

Cancellations Refunds &RULES

RULES

• Please make certain of the dates of your confirmed booking before leaving home.

  50% Deposit confirms the reservation

• Balance to be settled on arrival.

  No more than 6 people can be accommodated per booking.  Failure to adhere to this rule will lead to the forfeit of your rental.

  No pets allowed.

  Should TV sets or electrical appliances go faulty during your stay we will use our best efforts to have them repaired or replaced asap, however no deduction in rent will be allowed for delays beyond our control.

  Breakage deposit will be refunded within a week of departure date.

  No sub-letting.

  Tenants may take occupation from 2 pm onwards and the house must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure in order to facilitate necessary cleaning.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  

• CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION AFTER THE DEPOSIT IS PAID; INCLUDING NON-ARRIVAL WILL RESULT IN THE FULL RESERVATION COST BEING FORFEITED, UNLESS CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO BOOKING DATE.

• NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IN THE CASE OF CURTAILMENT.  THE LESSEE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE BOOKING.
